Cima Food Inks 15K-SF Lease at Beltsville Industrial Property  

Cima Food, a provider of processing and packaging equipment, has signed a new lease for 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 12000 Baltimore Ave., Beltsville, MD.  

KLNB’s Ken Fellows represented the landlord, Bernstein Management Corp, and Cima Food was represented by Gary Edell from 4Dimensional Real Estate Solutions. 

“This area is a growing submarket that has gained significant interest,” says Fellows.
