Law Firm Elvinger Signs Long-Term Lease at 600 Lexington Avenue 

Elvinger S.A.R.L PLLC has signed a 10-year, 6,780-square-foot lease with Lex NY Equities at 600 Lexington Avenue in the Plaza District. The law firm will occupy space on the 24th floor of the 36-story office building.  

600 Lexington Avenue offers amenities, including a conferencing center, a 24-hour fitness facility with Peloton bikes, a yoga studio, and private locker rooms. Additionally, a tenant lounge is being built on the 2nd floor, including a golf simulator. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry F. Blair, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca DiMauro represented the landlord in the transaction. David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.
