Meridian Completes Construction on West Chicago Project

Meridian Design Build wrapped construction earlier this year on a 258,720-square-foot multi-tenant speculative industrial building for Stotan Industrial and Stonemont Financial Group in West Chicago, Illinois.

The new facility, known as Dupage Crossings, is located on a 17-acre site at 348 Charles Court with easy access to Interstate I-88. The property, a Class A warehouse distribution facility in DuPage County has easy accessibility to I-88 and I-355. The 36’ clear multi-tenant building was designed to accommodate up to 32 loading docks, four drive-in doors, 212 auto parking spaces, and 46 trailer parking stalls.

Architectural design was provided by Harris Architects and civil engineering services were provided by Spaceco. Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers are marketing the building. The project was 66% leased shortly after completion.

Meridian Design Build, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, offers full-service general contracting and design/build services to the industrial, office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and commercial markets.
