The Community Builders Starts Construction on Lincoln Square Mixed-Use
The Community Builders (TCB) has closed financing and started construction on 4715 N. Western Avenue, a mixed-use, mixed-income transit-oriented development in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood.
The six-story building is next to the Western Brown Line station and will feature a total of 63 units, including 25 studios, 29 one-bedroom, and nine two-bedroom apartments. The property will also have 5,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
4715 N Western Avenue is being developed with financial support from the City of Chicago, CIBC, Stratford Capital Group, Benefit Chicago, Chicago Housing Authority, and ComEd Energy Efficiency Program. Leopardo Companies will lead construction. The building architect is DesignBridge Ltd.
TCB Midwest has been leading large-scale, mixed‐use, mixed‐income revitalization in Chicagoland for over 20 years. TCB Midwest has successfully developed over 2,119 residential units with another 114 units under construction.
