Luxury Condo Development 171N1 in Williamsburg Launches Sales

Compass Development Marketing Group has launched sales at Gemini Rosemont Development’s luxury condominium 171N1, located at 171 N. 1st St. in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood. Chuck Franklin of the Franklin Team at Compass is leading sales on the 57-unit project.

“171N1 has been designed from every angle to offer a tranquil living experience that serves as a true release from the hecticness of life in New York City,” said Franklin.

He continued, “With neighborhoods like Williamsburg as popular or more than areas in Manhattan, crossing a bridge is no longer enough to experience a drop in energy levels. The building’s thoughtful communal spaces, like the Zen Garden and private cabanas, and expansive homes reflect the growing demand for a property centered on its residents’ well-being.”
