Colliers Brings VESPA Italian Kitchen to TRITEC’s Ronkonkoma Mixed-Use
Colliers has arranged the second lease at the Station Yards mixed-use project in Ronkonkoma, NY, signing VESPA Italian Kitchen & Bar to 5,940 square feet at the development. A Colliers team led by VP Maria Valanzano and Steven D’Orazio, supported by associate VP Jake Horowitz, represented both the landlord and tenant .
Developer TRITEC Real Estate Company is building 195,000 square feet of retail space at the billion-dollar housing-retail-office Station Yards project, also known as the Ronkonkoma Hub. The development will consist of 1,450 apartments, 360,000 square feet of office space and 60,000 square feet of community and hospitality space, in addition to the retail space.
