Torrington Properties Names Director of Asset Management

Boston-based real estate investment firm Torrington Properties has hired Matthew Donaghey as the company’s new director of property operations and asset management. Donaghey brings more than 15 years’ experience to Torrington.

Most recently, Donaghey worked as VP and director of operations for Hobbs Brook Real Estate, where he managed a six-million-square-foot property portfolio. He began his career with the real estate investment team at Fidelity Investments.

“We are thrilled to have Matt join the Torrington team as director of property operations and asset management,” said COO Matt Morgan. “He will play a critical role in providing best in class residential, retail and commercial experiences for our tenants.”
