Sendero Capital, Angelo Gordon Close First MOB Acquisition  

A joint venture between Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon has acquired 1952 Whitney Ave., a 53,120-square-foot medical office building in Hamden, Connecticut.  

Located in Hamden, the property is situated near major transportation routes and has access to a Connecticut transit stop. 1952 Whitney Ave is a mission-critical healthcare facility with a diverse tenant roster, including anchor tenants such as Hartford Healthcare and Yale New Haven Health.  

With a focus on outpatient healthcare real estate, the JV aims to invest up to $300 million over the next two years in value-add and core plus outpatient medical office and surgery center assets in the Northeast United States. 1952 Whitney Ave. is the first acquisition under this joint venture. The JLL Capital Markets team, led by Brannan Knott and Anthony Sardo, facilitated the transaction.
