Ballston BID Launches Campaign to Encourage RTO

The Ballston Business Improvement District (BID) has launched Ballston’s BAC (Business Appreciation Campaign) to encourage the return of employees to the office and reconnection with the community and amenities in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia.

The campaign aims to reunite Ballston employees and tenants with neighborhood resources, services, and programs that they may have missed during the pandemic and recovery period. The program offers organizations the opportunity to choose initiatives that best suit their employees, such as team breakfast or lunch catered by local eateries, unique happy hours, or customized wellness events.

The Ballston BID team is available to arrange engaging experiences for local companies, facilitating their engagement with their teams and the neighborhood. Several Ballston-based companies have already participated in the campaign, hosting events that align with their organization’s values and goals.
