Raising Cane Inks Three Floor Lease in Flushing
Raising Cane has leased 4,518 square feet at 39-20 Main Street in Flushing. The fast-food restaurant will occupy the ground, mezzanine, and lower levels of the property.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Kahn, Fanny Fan, and Adrienne Gallus represented the landlord, JBS Holding Corp., while JLL’s Corey Zolcinski and Erin Grace represented the tenant.
“The property benefits from its prime location on one of the city’s busiest intersections and the foot traffic from Flushing’s fast-growing Chinatown,” said Fan. “This is one of the highest retail rents per square foot ever achieved in Downtown Flushing.”
