Merrimack Industrial Property Sells for $3M 

A Massachusetts-based private investor has purchased a 23,400-square-foot industrial property in Merrimack, New Hampshire, for $2,950,000. The name of the seller and buyer were not disclosed.  

Located at 19 Star Drive, the building was constructed on a 4.99-acre site and features six loading docks, 20-foot clear heights, and 73 parking spaces.  

Luigi Lessa, Harrison Klein, Ben Scherman and Thomas Shihadeh from Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and secured the buyer.
