NAI to Market Newark 716K-SF Industrial Facility 

NAI James E. Hanson has been appointed as the exclusive leasing brokerage for Newark Distribution Center, a 716,158-square-foot industrial complex in Newark, New Jersey.  

Owned by Hines, the distribution center is located in an Opportunity Zone. It offers adaptable industrial facilities suitable for tenants with complex logistics, fulfillment, or warehousing needs.  

The center comprises three properties, with the largest being 399-447 Ferry Street, featuring 635,482 square feet of space, including 48,000 square feet currently available for lease. NAI’s Russell Verducci, SIOR, and Eric Demmers will handle the assignment.
