Walker & Dunlop, one of the country’s largest commercial real estate finance and advisory services firms, has arranged a $30.9 million refinance for Clark Manor, a nursing home and senior care facility located within the Rogers Park area of located in Chicago, Illinois.

Walker & Dunlop Arranges $30.9M Refinance for Chicago Nursing Home

Walker & Dunlop, one of the country’s largest commercial real estate finance and advisory services firms, has arranged a $30.9 million refinance for Clark Manor, a nursing home and senior care facility located within the Rogers Park area of located in Chicago, Illinois.

Walker & Dunlop’s Joshua Rosen and Brad Annis led the origination team, which has considerable experience with seniors housing and healthcare facilities across the country. Leveraging their extensive knowledge of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) financing products, the Walker & Dunlop team refinanced the existing commercial debt utilizing HUD-insured financing under Section 232/223(f).

Clark Manor is a 267-bed nursing home with access to clinical services for individuals requiring specialized residential care, including short-term post-hospital physical rehabilitation, full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as a secure dementia and Alzheimer’s floor.
