DarwinPW/CORFAC Represents Sublessor in Naperville Sublease
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International’s Vice President Mandy Lewandowski and Associate Luke Ferzacca represented the sublessor of the 85,608-square-foot building at 1560 Fronternac Road in Naperville, Illinois, in a sublease to Eaglestone Manufacturing.
The subtenant was represented by Lee & Associates Nick Eboli and Andrew Block. Eaglestone Manufacturing is scheduled to move into the building in Q4 2023.
“The new sub-tenant likes the pro-business community in Naperville, and was able to keep most of their employees by staying close to their previous location in St. Charles,” says Lewandowski. “This was a rare opportunity to take occupancy of a Class B industrial space in the western suburbs at a good price.”
The property was constructed in 1988 and is located just one mile from the Route 59 interchange on I-88. It has the heavy power the subtenant needs for manufacturing purposes and features a newly renovated 4,500-square-foot office space.
