Goodman to Develop Sustainable Logistics Distribution Center in Carlstadt 

Goodman North America is set to develop Goodman Industrial Center Carlstadt II, a sustainable logistics distribution center in Carlstadt, New Jersey. The facility will offer last-mile supply chain solutions. 

The development is part of Goodman’s sustainability strategy of brownfield regeneration, repurposing previously developed sites. Carlstadt II will feature modern docks with 40-foot internal clearance heights, enhancing supply chain efficiencies. The Northern New Jersey submarket is in high demand, and the center’s strategic location and modern features are expected to meet the strong demand for industrial space in the area. Goodman Industrial Center Carlstadt II will be available for lease from Q3 2023.
