Nashua TS Lodging Residence Sells Inn Nashua for $24M 

Nashua TS Lodging Residence has sold Inn Nashua, a 118-room hotel in Nashua, New Hampshire, for $23.6 million. 

The hotel, located at 25 Trafalgar Square, is in close proximity to various local attractions and medical centers. It offers amenities such as a fitness center, indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, and high-speed Wi-Fi.  

Denny Meikleham and John Kluh of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality and Jeffrey White of Aries Commercial Real Estate led the transaction on behalf of the seller.
