Colliers Secures 75K-SQ Office Space for Insight Global

Colliers announced the lease agreement between Insight Global, a premier staffing and managed services company headquartered in Atlanta, and 2323 Elliott, a Class A office building located in the downtown Belltown neighborhood of Seattle.

Formerly the Art Institute, 2323 Elliott offers stunning views of the water, spacious floor plates, and a state-of-the-art, 1,600-car parking deck beneath the property. The long-term lease for Insight Global’s Seattle office will occupy 74,722 rentable square feet within the Class A office building. This expansion represents Insight Global’s commitment to establishing a strong presence in Seattle, in addition to its existing Atlanta headquarters.

Unico Properties is the developer of 2323 Elliott and the transaction highlights the desirability of Seattle’s waterfront district and the increasing demand for prime office spaces in the city. Insight Global’s decision to expand its largest west coast sales office and operations at this location underscores the area’s growing appeal and the city’s commitment to attracting top-tier companies.
