Kushner Cos Sells Soho Apartment Property for $12M 

Midtown Manhattan-based real estate investment firm Kushner Cos has sold a 25-unit apartment property in Soho for $12.05 million. The transaction involved an overseas buyer who purchased the property with all cash, without bank financing. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.  

Located at 156 Sullivan St with R7-2 zoning. The property features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. The team at Marcus & Millichap’s Manhattan office, including Joe Koicim, Shaun Riney, Peter Dodge, and Logan Markley, represented both the seller and the buyer.
