TF Cornerstone Buys Stafford Distribution Center for $80M
TF Cornerstone has acquired 95 Distribution Center, a 486,720-square-foot industrial property located at 180 Centreport Parkway in Stafford, Virginia. The property was sold for $79.5 million at a rate of $163 per square foot.
The property is a new Class A development fully leased to FedEx and offers amenities, including dock doors, car parking spaces, and trailer stalls.
Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Doug Longyear, and Eric Robison, represented the sellers, Blue Vista Capital Management and CSG Partners. “This transaction underscores the robust investment demand for high-quality industrial assets in the thriving Fredericksburg/Stafford area along the Interstate 95 corridor,” said Carpenter.
