Mid-America Facilitates Sale of 312K-SF Indiana Shopping Center

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Highland Grove in Highland, Indiana. The 312,406-square-foot property was sold to Bridge33 Capital.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Indiana LLC Principal Rick Drogosz, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller.

Highland Grove is a 100% leased shopping center located at the heart of the sub-regional trade area serving the northwest Indiana suburbs of Chicago in Lake County. The center is anchored by Kohl’s, Burlington, Macy’s, Michaels, Petco, and Ulta.

The property also features an array of traffic-driving national tenants such as Five Below, Famous Footwear, Potbelly, Torrid, and Olive Garden. Highland Grove’s drawing power is further enhanced by shadow anchors Target, Best Buy, and Ashley Furniture. Mid-America Real Estate has full-service commercial real estate offices in the Midwest, including Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
