CBRE Facilitates Sale of Two South Florida Hotels

The Hyatt House and Hyatt Place in Dania Beach, FL, together totaling 292 keys, have been purchased from a New York-based seller by Florida-based Kolter Hospitality. Christian Charre, Paul Weimer and Jennifer Jin with CBRE Hotels represented the seller in the transaction.

“The buyer was attracted to these properties due to their location, branding and strong performance. The Hyatt House offers suites for extended stays, and the Hyatt Place attracts travelers on business, widening the appeal to a diverse traveler base,” said Charre CBRE executive vice president.

Hyatt House is a 143-key property at 90 SW 18th Ave., and Hyatt Place is a 149-key property at 91 SW 18th Ave. The hotels sit on neighboring parcels along Interstate 95. They are in Dania Pointe, a 102-acre, mixed-use development with more than 1,000 multifamily units and more than 1 million square feet of office and retail space.
