JLL Provides Facilities Management, Operations Services to Javits Federal Building Complex
JLL has announced that it has commenced integrated facilities management and operations services for the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building Complex in lower Manhattan, under a partnership with the U.S. General Services Administration.
Located at 26 Federal Plaza, the complex is the tallest federal building in the United States at over 41 stories. The building has its own ZIP code and houses numerous federal agencies. It is named after Jacob Koppel Javits, a notable public servant, the old New York Convention Center also renamed after him.
The JLL Government Facilities Management team, led by Monique Derrick, John Eagleeye, Elizabeth Ojeda, and Karen Davide, is overseeing the transition and delivery of IFM and operational services.
