Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of 16-Unit MF Property in Stamford 

Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of a 16-unit apartment property in Stamford, Connecticut. Price and name of the parties involved were not disclosed. 

Located at 11 Forest Street, the property spans 15,312 square feet and features three stories with 16 one-bedroom/one-bath units, each measuring 957 square feet.  

Eric Pentore, Westley Klockner, Steven J. Siegel, Ross Friedel, and Phil Biancavilla of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer.  

“Downtown Stamford continues to evolve as a destination for lifestyle renters seeking walkability to employment drivers, dining, shopping and entertainment, along with ease of access to New York City,” said Klockner.
