63-Unit Central Connecticut Multifamily Property Changes Hands

A New York-based private investor has acquired The Bleu, a 63-unit multifamily property in New Britain, Connecticut. The price was not disclosed.

The property, situated at 1300 and 1412 East St., spans 69,386 square feet and offers a range of apartment homes from studios to four bedrooms averaging 905 square feet.

Eric Pentore, Wes Klockner, and Ross Friedel of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an LLC, and procured the buyer. “New Britain continues to be an excellent alternative to the more affluent surrounding municipalities,” said Pentore. “The city’s pro-growth economic policies have spurred development activity and significantly improved overall quality of life.”
