Marquette Celebrates 40 Years in Business

Marquette Companies recently hosted more than 300 real estate industry leaders, partners and community members at a celebration commemorating the firm’s 40 years in business.

“A critical cornerstone of our longevity has been our practice of continually evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients and communities,” said Executive Chairman Nick Ryan, who founded the company with Bruno Bottarelli in 1983.

The company’s leadership, which also includes Trevor Ryan and Jim Cunningham, credits the firm’s success to its vertically integrated approach and in-house capabilities, giving the company control over all aspects of its investments, ensuring a seamless and superior experience for its partners, investors and residents.

Marquette Companies has grown to be active in multiple markets across seven states with a multifamily and mixed-use portfolio valued at over $3.3 billion, including the recent Parq Fulton, a 278-unit rental community in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood.
