Nuveen Partners With AI Platform Prophia Partners, Adding 10M-SF to Database 

Nuveen Real Estate has partnered with Prophia, an AI lease abstraction and commercial real estate data management platform, to onboard an additional 10 million square feet of its life sciences and office portfolio.  

By utilizing Prophia’s data capabilities, Nuveen aims to enhance its data management processes. Prophia offers comprehensive, verifiable, and structured commercial portfolio data, enabling industry leaders to improve their investment strategies.  

“We rolled out Prophia in staggered stages, but we wanted to have a comprehensive view of all lease data points and a platform that facilitates easy navigation and reporting,” said Mark Meehan, director of the office sector at Nuveen Real Estate.  

With a centralized source of portfolio data, Prophia has doubled its customer base and maintained 100% customer retention by providing data extraction and standardization solutions.
