Harbor Group International Names Matt Jones CIO, Credit Investments
Harbor Group International (HGI) has named Matt Jones as the chief investment officer of credit investments. In this newly established role, Jones will lead the credit investment team, overseeing strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, financing relationships, and transaction closures.
“As HGI’s business continues to expand, we saw an opportunity to appoint dedicated leadership across our core investment strategies, including our credit platform,” said Richard Litton, president of HGI.
With over 20 years at HGI, Jones previously served as a managing director, contributing to investment strategies in multifamily, commercial, and real estate debt sectors. He played a significant role in the growth of HGI’s credit platform, which now exceeds $4.5 billion in investments.
