Five Leases Totaling 11K-SF Signed in Westfield, NJ 

Five leases totaling 11,153 square feet were inked in Downtown Westfield, New Jersey. The leased locations include 167 E. Broad St, where international consignment brand 2nd Street has secured a 5,812-square-foot retail space. At 161 E. Broad St, national health and wellness concept StretchLab has signed a 10-year lease for its 2,091-square-foot facility. Mochimoly, a locally-owned Asian treats concept, has leased 1,100 square feet at 131 E. Broad St for its third store.  

Additionally, Gong Cha, a popular tea drink franchise, has leased 350 square feet at 129 E. Broad St, while German Donner Kebob, an international fast-casual restaurant chain, has leased 1,800 square feet at 125 E. Broad St.  

A JLL Retail leasing team led by David Townes and Alana Friedman represented the landlords in all of the transactions. 2nd Street was represented by Newmark’s Jake Siegel and Andrew Connolly; Stretchlab was represented by Francisco Lugo, Christies International Real Estate; German Donner Kabob was represented by Zach Diamond, of Katz NYC.
