Norris & Stevens Brokers $1.5M Sale of Portland Retail Building

Mayahuel Management LLC recently completed the $1.5 million purchase of the Coplen Building, located at 1200-1208 NW Glisan Street in Portland, Oregon. Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented both parties in the transaction, with Senior Vice President Todd VanDomelen and Assistant Vice President Michael Brown representing the seller. Luis Martin del Campo represented the buyer.

The Coplen Building is a 5,466-square-foot property situated on 0.12 acres. Constructed in 1926, the building has a basement, a mezzanine, restaurant space, and ground-floor retail. Conveniently located as a corner location in the Pearl District, the property is in close proximity to boutique retailers, restaurants, galleries, TriMet bus lines, the Portland Streetcar, and I-405.
