Draper and Kramer’s St. Louis Apartments Near Full Lease-Up
The newly unveiled 225-unit luxury rental, Moda at The Hill, an apartment community at 2100 Boardman Street in St. Louis’ historic The Hill neighborhood, surpassed the 90 percent leased mark, according to financial and property services provider Draper and Kramer.
The property opened less than a year ago and is located just south of Interstate 44, welcoming its first residents in July 2022. The four-story building offers studios, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 600 to over 1,200 square feet, and above-ground garage parking for 250 vehicles.
Moda at The Hill is part of a larger 11-acre master plan led by Draper and Kramer that also includes single-family homes and townhomes from McBride Homes and a community park space. It is the third new multi-family development Draper and Kramer has built recently in St. Louis, following the EVO Apartments and EVO Flats, which are located in the suburb of Richmond Heights.
