Merchants Capital Hires Min Park as SVP, Balance Sheet Construction
Merchants Capital, a financial services provider, has hired Min Park as senior vice president of Balance Sheet Construction.
With over two decades of experience in real estate finance and construction asset management, Park most recently served as a director at Citi Community Capital. By joining the company’s New York office, she will contribute her expertise to the construction lending team and help manage risk for the firm’s institutional investors.
Merchants Capital’s New York office has closed over $1.3 billion in debt financing in 2022. With over $20 billion in unpaid principal balance in its servicing portfolio, the company is focused on strengthening its asset management team and technology platform.
