Northmarq Hires Chris Sands as Lead Broker in Walnut Creek
Northmarq’s Walnut Creek office has hired Chris Sands, VP and lead broker. He will be involved in the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant net lease properties across the nation, with a primary focus in retail investments.
Sands has earned real estate licenses in both New York and California and has forged relationships with a wide range of national clients including private investors and institutions. Before joining Northmarq, Sands served as a senior associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he was a top producer, mentor, social impact leader and a founding member of the firm’s Walnut Creek office.
