Benenson Capital Partners Appoints Suzanne Boehm CFO
Suzanne K. Boehm has been appointed as the chief financial officer of Benenson Capital Partners, a real estate investment, development, and asset management company.
Boehm has been serving as the chief accounting officer at Benenson for nine years and will now take over the role of CFO, replacing the retiring David Thomas. In her new position, Boehm will oversee banking relationships, accounting, tax, and reporting functions for the company, as well as provide financial insights for Benenson’s transactional activities.
Having previously worked at Emmes Asset Management Company LLC for over 13 years, Boehm brings extensive experience in accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. She also has a background of more than ten years with Kimco Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT.
