Cushman & Wakefield Names Managing Principal for San Diego

Cushman & Wakefield has named Andy La Dow as managing principal of its operations in San Diego. La Dow brings more than three decades of brokerage and leadership experience to the role and will oversee the strategic business growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s advisory business in the region.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, La Dow served as Colliers’ regional managing director for San Diego County, where he oversaw all brokerage operations. He returns to Cushman & Wakefield after having worked as a partner with the firm’s predecessor firms during 2003 to 2015.

“We are very excited to welcome Andy back to our firm in San Diego, where he was a consistent Top Producer and leader for many years,” said Dan Broderick, Cushman & Wakefield’s president, Americas Advisory. “Andy is a high caliber and respected leader with an extensive background serving San Diego County with deep experience across all levels of brokerage and a multitude of service lines. He is a perfect match for this valued role and in stewarding our growth and business forward.”
