Bayview Provides $2M C-PACE for Maryland Biz Park Upgrades 

Bayview PACE, an affiliate of Bayview Asset Management, has announced a $2 million Commercial PACE loan for the renovation of a medical office building in Columbia, MD.  

The loan is being used to fund the replacement and upgrade of HVAC equipment in the 252,000-square-foot, six-building, two-story medical office complex. The mortgage holder for the building, Oceanview Life and Annuity Co., which is also an affiliate of Bayview Asset Management, consented to the use of Commercial PACE for the improvements.  

The Old Dobbin Lane Business Park, where the building is located, is currently 90% leased and has a diverse roster of tenants including Centennial Medical Group, Columbia Medical Practice, and Cadence Design Systems.
