Development Parcel in Vista Will Hold Build-to-Rent Units

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 600 E. Vista Way, a 1.20-acre parcel of land in Vista. The property sold for $2,650,000.

Aaron Bove and Rick Puttkammer, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, also an LLC, was procured by Bove and Puttkammer.

“Southern California has been grappling with a housing crisis, resulting in challenges related to affordability and the availability of suitable housing options for residents,” said Bove. “In response to this pressing issue, the rise of build-to-rent properties has provided a viable solution to address the housing shortage and cater to the evolving needs of the community. The recent sale of 600 East Vista Way represents a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to identifying and unlocking the potential of exceptional properties.”
