Citymark Capital Names Matthew Hirsch Managing Director, Structured Capital Markets
Matthew Hirsch has joined Citymark Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm based in Cleveland, as the managing director of structured capital markets. Hirsch will use Citymark’s fund management platform to strategically invest in preferred equity, mezzanine debt, common equity structures, and senior debt purchases. The firm recently opened its first New York office
Hirsch has previously worked at CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance group and Greystone. In his prior positions, he led the origination, execution, and pricing of debt and equity transactions for multifamily and mixed-use projects nationwide.
