Pinstack to Open Second San Antonio Site
The new entertainment center will open near North Rim in February. The scope of work involves a 53,360 square foot shell building, which would make it the biggest Pinstack location to date, and include a restaurant, bar, gaming area.
The Parkes Company, a Franklin, Tennessee-based general contractor has started work on the planned $9.5 million Pinstack entertainment center. For the Entertainment Properties Group, it will be its second project in San Antonio. They opened a 52,290 square foot location near North Star Mall in February. Pinstack also has locations in DFW, Austin, Round Rock and Pflugerville.
Besides bowling, Pinstack has a ropes course, bumper cars, rock climbing, giant foosball, video games and laser tag.
Dallas-based O’Brien Architects is on board the project. The physical address for the new Pinstack location is 19238 Interstate 10.
