New Tony Kavaja Restaurant Takes Space in West Village Mixed-Use Building  

637 Hudson Street Associates has finalized a lease agreement with restaurateur Tony Kavaja for a new restaurant concept called Osteria Nonnino.  

Located at 637 Hudson Street in the West Village, the eatery will occupy a 2,594-square-foot space on the ground floor and basement level of the mixed-use building. The lease transaction was facilitated by John DiGangi of Thomas Murro Realty LLC. Osteria Nonnino is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2023.
