Fidelity Donates Property for Bryant U. Campus Expansion 

Bryant University is planning a campus expansion thanks to a real estate donation from Fidelity Investments. The donation of 100 Salem Street marks the most substantial real estate gift to Bryant since its founding in 1967. 

The expansion will include a facility housing the College of Business, Graduate Programs, Executive Education, and the Women’s Leadership Institute. It will also facilitate experiential learning, data analytics, and entrepreneurship initiatives. The 250,000-square-foot building will feature classrooms, labs, entrepreneurial spaces, and faculty offices. Additionally, it will foster collaboration through the Innovative and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, allowing ambitious projects to secure venture capital funding.
