Batisse/Ackerman to build 1.6m sf Seguin Industrial park

International Group to Build 1.6 Million SF Seguin Industrial Park

Partners Real Estate arranged the sale of 119.3 acres of land located along Interstate 10 in Seguin, Texas.

Partners’ John Colglazier and Kyle Kennan represented the buyer, Baltisse-Ackerman Seguin, LLLP, in the transaction. David Orr with Rockspring represented the seller.

The buyer is planning to build up to 1.6 million square feet of industrial space on the land. Baltisse is a Belgian developer who has built numerous projects across Europe, and a few in the United States. Ackerman & Company is an Atlanta-based company that has worked with Baltisse on a number of US projects. The two are currently working on two Texas industrial projects. One in Selma and the other in Schertz. The two partnered on a completed expansive logistics park just outside Atlanta.
