TDC Rebrands Mid-Atlantic Development Arm

Transwestern Development Company (TDC) has announced that its Mid-Atlantic development arm, Perseus TDC, will be rebranded under the TDC name. The regional office will continue to invest in premier properties and add value through entitlement planning, design, risk management, and operations.

Perseus TDC, originally founded as Perseus Realty in 2004, partnered with TDC in 2017 and became a wholly-owned entity in 2020. Under the leadership of Robert Cohen, Perseus developed projects like NoMaCNTR, The Six, and The Foundry. With Cohen’s retirement, Toby Millman assumes the role of regional partner.

TDC has nine regional offices across the United States, currently has 35 projects totaling 18.6 million square feet, and 3,362 multi-family units under construction or in pre-development planning stages nationwide.
