Ascentris, CA Ventures Developing Class-A Industrial Buildings in Atlanta
Private equity firm Ascentris, with its development partner, CA Ventures, will construct two Class-A industrial buildings in the Northeast industrial Atlanta market. The rear-load buildings – one 220,000 square feet and one 175,000 square feet – will feature 32-foot clear heights, 270-foot building depths, and 185-foot truck court depths with trailer storage and parking.
Located on McEver Road along the Interstate-985 corridor, the development marks the first joint venture between Denver-based Ascentris and Chicago-based CA Ventures. They secured a construction loan with Stifel Bank and Trust. Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler with NAI’s Brannen Goddard will handle leasing.
“We are excited to partner with CA Ventures on such a promising development opportunity,” said Ascentris Partner and Managing Director Tricia Noble. “Atlanta’s industrial market continues to be robust, and we believe the property’s strong local distribution location, proximity to significant population growth, and high-quality construction will make for a successful investment.”
