NNN Pro Group Brokers Sale of Eight Net-Leased Retail Properties for $79M
A New York City-based partnership led by Soly Halabi and Joseph Simhoneight has sold eight net-leased retail properties in Alabama, Virginia, Oklahoma, and South Carolina for $79.4 million.
The properties have Walgreens and Walmart Neighborhood Market locations with varying lease terms. Anthony D’Ambrosia and Glen Kunofsky of NNN Pro Group, an investment sales firm, represented the sellers in the transactions.
The properties and buyers involved in the sales include:
1990 McCrays Mill Rd. in Sumter, SC, sold for $5.9 million to a private investor;
1560 Montclair Rd. in Birmingham, AL, sold for $7.1 million to a private investor;
7000 Iron Bridge Rd. in Richmond, VA, sold for $8.9 million to Austell, GA Center LLC;
3419 Orange Ave. NE in Roanoke, VA, sold for $9.5 million to Anderson Capital Partners;
4950 Planation Rd. in Roanoke, VA, sold for $9.5 million to a private NJ-based investor;
2141 Dale Ave. SE in Roanoke, VA, sold for $17 million to a private NJ-based investor;
4900 S. Sooner Rd. in Oklahoma City, OK, sold for $11 million to a private PA-based investor;
3745 SW Lee Blvd. in Lawton, OK, sold for $10 million to a private PA-based investor.
