ADISA Conference Insights: H2 Opportunities in M&A (VIDEO)
The mixed start to the year is likely to continue as economic uncertainty remains. But given that we are at the tail end of the Federal Reserve’s monetary tightening campaign, there could be strong opportunities in M&A activity in the second half of the year. There is an argument to suggest M&A volumes could see rapid growth.
At the recent ADISA conference in San Diego, Connect Money asked industry veterans if the environment of high interest rates, inflation and market volatility are presenting opportunities.
“The only certainty is uncertainty in the marketplace,” noted Michael Underhill, Founder, CEO and CIO Capital Innovations, LLC. and ADISA President. “Asset allocation, diversification helps to hedge out some of the volatility risk.”
