Northmarq Adds VP-Producer in Newport Beach

Northmarq’s Newport Beach office has added Morgan Machado as VP-producer. In his new role, Machado will arrange debt and equity on behalf of investors nationwide for multifamily and commercial real estate. By utilizing Northmarq’s correspondent life insurance lenders, Machado will provide a tailored approach to every deal, the company said.

“I’m excited to join an organization that prioritizes growth and holds culture above all else,” Machado said. “Northmarq’s correspondent life-company relationships, GSE lending capabilities and close collaboration with our commercial and multifamily investment sales teams enable our team to guide our clients throughout all markets with a wide breadth of options.”

Before joining Northmarq, Morgan was a commercial mortgage banker at Slatt Capital — where he arranged financing for property types including but not limited to multifamily, retail, hotel, self-storage, office and industrial.
