ATCO Properties & Management Renews Four Office Leases  

ATCO Properties & Management has announced lease renewals totaling 24,102 square feet with four office tenants. 

Cornerstone Office Services will remain on the entire 14th floor of the 555 Fifth Avenue building, while Telsey Holdings, a woman-owned brokerage firm, has renewed on the 7th floor. For these two leases, building ownership was represented in-house by Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president of ATCO Properties & Management.  

N-Tier Financial Services, a software developer, has renewed its leases at 381 Park Avenue South. The brokers for the Landlord were Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers and N-Tier was represented by Jared Newman of CBRE. 

Also at 381 Park Avenue South, SBR Wovens, a textile firm, has renewed its lease for 2,408 square feet on the 13th floor and 100 square feet in the basement. Hemmerdinger Goodman represented building ownership. No tenant broker was involved in the transaction.
