HqO Partners With Savills to Empower New Workplace Experiences

HqO, a workplace experience platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Savills, a tenant-focused advisory firm. This partnership aims to provide Savills’ clients with insights and technology-driven solutions to enhance the value of their real estate investments.

By leveraging HqO’s tenant experience expertise and Savills’ market intelligence, the alliance will assist corporates in navigating the rapidly changing real estate landscape and strive to optimize their workplace environments. The partnership will adopt a data-driven approach to understanding employee engagement, workplace design, and the overall performance of office spaces, empowering companies to create modern work environments that foster productivity, community, and employee satisfaction.

“Savills shares the same vision as HqO, and the overall belief that the future of the workplace will be driven by their experiences,” said Chase Garbarino, co-founder and CEO at HqO. “This partnership represents the significant shift in overall mindset towards customer-centricity for the first time in the larger commercial real estate industry.”
