Life Sciences Tenant Expands at TCC’s Fulton Labs
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) signed a lease with Charles River Laboratories (CRL) at its Fulton Labs campus in Chicago. The company will occupy 8,776 square feet at 1375 West Fulton which, together with nearby 400 North Aberdeen, comprises TCC’s 725,000-square-foot Fulton Labs life sciences campus.
“We are energized to see the continued interest in the Fulton Labs properties, as well as the heighted interest in Chicago as a top-tier life sciences market,” said Morgan Baer-Blaska, VP with TCC.
CRL’s CRADL business already occupies 10,000 square feet on the property’s ground floor. The campus was designed to meet the needs of the growing companies like CRL, which will use their expansion space to accelerate and augment their own clients’ discovery efforts.
TCC was represented by CBRE’s Dan Lyne and Kelsey Scheive of CBRE. The tenant was represented by JLL’s Paul Giannopulos, Matt Schiffler, Brendan Callahan and Peter Skerrett.
