Centric Development Secures JV Equity for Senior Housing Community in Virginia 

Centric Development has secured a joint venture equity for a senior housing project in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The 16.2-acre project will have a 153,000-square-foot property with 142 units of seniors housing upon completion. It will have 106 assisted living one- and two-bedroom units and 36 memory care units with luxury finishes. The project is set to be completed by 2025.  

“We are excited to break ground on this development in Fredericksburg that will provide a senior living community of the highest quality for our future residents,” said David Vickers, CEO of Centric Development.  

JLL represented the borrower with a team led by Joel Mendes, Anthony T. Fertitta Jr. and Billy Lichtenstein.
